Customization Policy
Yearly Plan:
Customizations are included at no additional cost, subject to feasibility and technical scope.
Quarterly Plan:
Customizations are not included in this plan.
Refund Policy
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds, as significant effort, onboarding, and support resources are allocated from the beginning.
However, in the interest of customer satisfaction:
Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, if they are not satisfied with the product or service.
Post 7 Days Policy (Yearly Plan):
Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be entertained.
In exceptional cases where a refund is considered, it will be subject to deduction of customization costs and services already delivered.

Clients are encouraged to communicate their requirements clearly so our team can assist with setup and customizations effectively.
We strongly recommend utilizing our support team during the initial period to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
